Abstract The use of the online channel has greatly increased logistics costs supermarket chains. Even difficulty managing order picking and delivery processes due to short times preservation perishable products. Against that backdrop, proposed approach presents a mathematical model for planning e-fulfillment activities with objective ensuring maximum efficiency. linear programming been designed e-grocers prepare their orders at central warehouses. determines both time windows during which transport should take place assignment trucks routes. allocation is performed taking into account conservation requirement each type product availability means. Considering this tool, managers can improve decision-making process guaranteeing quality service while reducing cost joint point view. Motivated by cooperation chain, results bring great insight based on simulation different alternatives. Companies researchers compare strategy leveling workload number means, common alternative in outsourced third parties. In addition, scenarios developed make it possible determine substantial savings achieved modifying services advancing preparation. As result, managerial insights are identified highlighting importance efficient profitability sales.
